These terms are the agreement between you and CampusReady when you use our website or app. By creating an account or joining the early-access list, you agree to them.
Who can use CampusReady
CampusReady is for students preparing for post-secondary study and the parents or guardians helping them. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep your email address current
- Keep your sign-in link and account access private — you are responsible for activity under your account
- One account per person; do not share or resell access
What you may not do
- Upload or enter sensitive identifiers such as Social Security or Social Insurance numbers, banking credentials, government ID copies, medical records or full financial-aid application records
- Scrape, copy or resell CampusReady content, including scholarship listings and templates
- Interfere with the service, attempt to access other users' data, or probe our systems without permission
- Use CampusReady to harass others or to post unlawful content
Your content
The checklists, notes, budget figures and other information you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content solely to operate CampusReady for you. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important — PDF export is available in the app.
Our content
CampusReady's design, templates, checklists, written guides and software are owned by CampusReady and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your own school-preparation purposes only.
Scholarships and financial information
Scholarship listings, amounts, deadlines and eligibility details are gathered from public sources and may change or be incorrect. Budget results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. Always confirm details with the official scholarship provider or your school's financial aid office. See our Disclaimers.
Paid subscriptions
Premium is a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation are covered in our Subscription & Cancellation Terms, which form part of these terms.
Availability and changes
CampusReady is offered as-is and as-available. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by updating this page and, for account holders, by email.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusReady is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed scholarship deadlines, denied funding, travel or housing costs, or decisions made in reliance on information in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your use
You may stop using CampusReady and request account deletion at any time by emailing info@campusready.app. Sections on content ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
