Privacy Policy

Last updated July 30, 2026

CampusReady is built for students getting ready for their first year — including students who are under 18. We ask for as little personal information as we can, and we tell you plainly what we do with it.

We do not collect sensitive identifiers. CampusReady never asks for Social Security numbers, Social Insurance numbers, banking credentials or login details, copies of government identification, detailed medical information, or full financial-aid application records. Please do not enter any of these into free-text fields such as notes, checklist items or budget descriptions.

Who we are

CampusReady ("CampusReady", "we", "us") operates the CampusReady website and application at campusready.app. You can reach us any time at info@campusready.app.

Information we collect

Early-access list (no account required):

  • Your email address
  • Optional country and school
  • Whether you asked for reminder emails

If you create an account:

  • First name and email address
  • School, optional program, expected graduation year and student type
  • The checklist items, budget figures, reminders and saved scholarships you enter
  • Your acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, with a timestamp

Collected automatically:

  • Basic technical data such as browser type, device type and approximate region, used to keep the service running and secure
  • Email delivery events (sent, delivered, bounced) for the emails you asked us to send

Budget figures you enter are your own estimates. We do not connect to your bank, and we do not import financial-aid records.

How we use your information

  • To create your account and show you your own checklist, budget, reminders and saved scholarships
  • To send the emails you requested: the starter checklist, reminders, due-soon and overdue alerts, and weekly progress summaries
  • To personalize suggestions based on the school, program and preferences you give us
  • To process Premium subscriptions through our payment processor
  • To keep CampusReady secure, prevent abuse and fix problems

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Students under 18

CampusReady is intended for students preparing for post-secondary study, and some of them are minors. Because of that we deliberately limit what we collect to school-readiness information. CampusReady is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has given us information, email info@campusready.app and we will delete it.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run CampusReady: cloud hosting and database services to store your account data, an email delivery provider to send the messages you request, and Stripe to process Premium payments. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by CampusReady. Each provider only receives what it needs to perform its function.

Security and retention

Your account data is protected by row-level access rules so that only your signed-in account can read or change it. We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data, except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons. Early-access emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

  • View and edit your profile information at any time in the app
  • Turn reminder and summary emails on or off in Settings, or unsubscribe from any email
  • Request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing us

Cookies

See our Cookie Notice for details on the small number of cookies and local storage keys we use.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.

Important note

CampusReady provides organizational tools and general information. It is not a financial-aid provider, educational institution, legal adviser or financial adviser. Scholarship availability and eligibility must be confirmed with the official scholarship provider.
