What to email us about
- Trouble signing in or getting your magic-link email
- Billing, invoices, cancellation or refund questions for Premium
- Privacy requests — a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion
- A scholarship listing that looks wrong, expired or misleading
- Bugs, feature ideas and feedback
Please include the email address on your account so we can find it. Never send us Social Security or Social Insurance numbers, banking credentials, ID scans or medical records — we do not need them and we will not keep them.
