Subscription & Cancellation Terms

• Free — $0
• Premium Monthly — USD $4.99, billed every month (founding student pricing)
• Premium Annual — USD $24.99, billed once every 12 months (founding student pricing)

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction requires. Founding student pricing is honoured for as long as your subscription stays active without interruption. If we change prices, current subscribers get notice by email before the change takes effect at their next renewal.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored by CampusReady. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Premium unlocks only after our backend confirms an active subscription; failed or incomplete payments do not unlock Premium.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. While your subscription is past due, Premium features may be paused. If the payment is not completed, the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan — your data is not deleted.

Cancel at any time from Profile → Manage Subscription, which opens the secure Stripe customer portal. There is no cancellation fee. When you cancel:

• You keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you already paid for
• Your subscription then ends and no further charges are made
• Your account continues on the free plan — checklists, budget data and PDF exports stay available
• Premium-only data (such as saved scholarships and tracker entries) is retained in case you resubscribe

Because access continues to the end of the paid period, we do not generally issue partial refunds. If you were charged in error, or a payment was made without the account holder's permission, email info@campusready.app within 30 days and we will review it. Where local consumer law gives you a right to withdraw or a refund, that law applies.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, get permission from a parent or guardian — and use their payment method with their consent — before subscribing.

Use the Stripe customer portal to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel. Need help? Email info@campusready.app.
